Cheeca Lodge & Spa, Islamorada

The resort offers a memorable experience with stunning views, a relaxing atmosphere, and a plethora of activities like kayaking and snorkeling. However, issues like seasonal seaweed at the beach detracted from the overall beach experience, and the ongoing pool construction was a slight inconvenience. Even with these downsides, the ambiance and service make it a place I would gladly revisit.

My experience at Cheeca was mixed. While the resort's gardens and pools were beautifully maintained, my room's condition left much to be desired, as it felt dingy and outdated. I appreciated the variety of amenities available, but the service was poor, particularly when dealing with issues in our room. Overall, I enjoyed the activities, but with the high price point, I expected a much better experience.
